Customizedgirl.com RANT

Okay.. so I ordered all of my Bridesmaids/Maid of Honor Shirts from Customized Girl.com because I wanted them to be here for Christmas gifts.. well they came today.. and there is a MAJOR PROBLEM.. the SIZING IS SOO WRONG.. their size chart for their 'FITTED TEES' are soooo off!!! I bought 1 small, 2 mediums, 3larges, 2 xl's AND OOOOOO MY GOODNESS.... the small looked liek it MIGHT FIT MY FLOWER GIRL!! not even joking!!! and the girl I ordered the small for is about 100lb( a very thin bridesmaid of mine) the medium would fit my VERRRY SKINNY Bridesmaid.. but that's about it.. the xl's may fit the girls that I thought would be a large... it's like totally off.. from what the size chart said.. so far i am arguing with them because they say they DO NOT RETURN BASED ON SIZE!!!! but.. i said.. what if your size chart is OFF? I measured the shirts and compared to the size chart.. and it's OFF by at LEAST 2 inches!!!!! (that's a big amnt in the chest area of a shirt for a lady)

So now Ia m trying to figure out if i can switch the sizing around... and may only be able to NOT USE the small and a medium... and then order 2 extra tee's in an XXL for the girls taht I thought would be xl's! but i REALLY WANT A REFUND instead of having to run around and try to give these gifts and say.. i hope they fit.. im sorry if they don't.. i will get you a new one...
Now, I tried on the large.. which is what I would order for myself.. and im not kidding.. it was SKIN TIGHT... like attached to my skin....

So I am going to try calling again tomorrow because I really would rather get a REFUND and go elsewhere because I AM SOO UNHAPPY

thats terrible im so sorry that happened to you! i would definitly call and complain to them about the size chart. it was misleading and its their mistake that you were wrong on the sizes. its not your fault. that should qualify you for a refund. i hope it works out for you in the end

That really does stink. I had an issue with that and turned the t-shirts into a pillow for the people they were for. They actually liked them better haha

okay so i just had an argument with customizedgirl.com via the telephone and then again via the online CHAT customer service.

THEY WERE THE MOST UNHELPFUL vendor I have dealt with TO DATE!!!!!!!!

They told me that they WILL NOT REFUND! I said ok that is fine. I just want some new shirts.... I even explained that I was willing to get only a few new shirts (because I can give the larges to the girls that were supposed to be mediums ---and switch sizes around) so I only need 3 new ones. so i was hoping tojust be able to EXCHANGE 3 of them!!!!!! no big deal.. just 3!!! I GOT A BIG FAT NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the woman on the phone was nasty to boot!
Then I wenton the live CHAT customer service.. SHE STILL WILL NOT REFUND OF EXCHANGE THE SHIRTS.. and said that the sizes are TRUE TO SIZE... they REALLY ARENT!! but she says that they are.. so I decided that I REALLY NEED TO GET THESE SHIRTS DONe

So tell me how this sounds... as for the fitted shirts that I have.. I don't think that I can use the small and the 2 mediums (because honestly they look like children's sizes)
So... I have 2 larges and 2 extra larges... that I will give to the small, medium and original 2 larges and then I ordered 3 xl regular tee shirts not the fitted ones and i'd rather them be too big then not fit... they gave me 30% off which really didn't save me much other than SHIPPING and tax.... AND NOT TO MENTION THE SHIRTS ARENT ON SALE ANYMORE AS THEY WERE WHEN I ORDERED THEM

I am sooo sad.. that they are like this because it's a cool sites with great gifts. BOOO now I just hope I get these 3 shirts on time for christmas!
