Cute guestbook ideas?

What are you ladies doing for your guestbook? Have a cute idea?

I didn't have a guestbook, but I know some people use a photobooth and have guests take pictures and post them.

Also, I went to a wedding where they asked everyone to put a fingerprint on a family tree and sign their name.

How did the fingerprint on a tree thing work?

It was a large poster of a tree with bare branches. They had an ink pad for people to dip their fingers and fingerprint the tree and sign their names next to it. They also had wipes so people could clean up their fingers before the reception.

We're getting a baseball bat engraved with our names and date and having everyone sign that. FH collects baseball autographs so it something we can get a nice case for and hang up.

we are taking all of our engagement photos and making a hardcover book (from shutterfly) out of them.....we're going to use that as our sign in book....this way, it's like a little album....

We were also thinking of choosing a favorite engagement photo and putting a thick matting around it---and having everyone sign in the matting...so that we can frame it and put it on our family picture wall in the house.

This is what we did. The extra picture from the photobooth went into a book. They used double sided tape to put it on the page, and the wrote a message on the paper with gel pens. It came out awesome!

We did this and it's a nice momento although not a lot of people signed it. I think it's where they put it at the reception. I'm not sure if it was out at the CH. Also, you need to use pens that won't smudge on the glossy pages. I went to Michael's and asked a sales rep and he told me which pen to get and they worked fine.

I think we are having rocks, and having a little poem or something having people write well wishes/sign them...then have them in a nice vase

I am using a photobook I made at Walgreens. I decorated it and used our engagement photos. I got an ultra fine tip sharpie for people to sign with. Shouldn't smudge.

Our photographers had a photo book made of our engagement photos.. It was pretty sweet except that many didn't realize that they needed to sign in it.
