Is getting our marriage license the week(10 days) before the wedding cutting it too close or is it enough time?

definitely not.

i would just make sure that you have everything you need so you dont have to repeat visit

its valid 24 hours after you get it

You can get it up to 24 hours before you're married. HOWEVER i would definately jump on that ASAP!!!!

ok thanks guys. Its just that this week FH and I have no time to go, and next week he is off from work as am i 2 days so i think we really have no choice to get it Next Monday but thank you.
