Cutting Room in NYC

Hi,

Have any of you ever been to The Cutting Room in NYC? A friend of mine is playing there tomorrow and was wondering what it's like and what type of dress is appropriate. Thanks for the help.

I will be there tonight for the show too. Who is your friend? From what I remember it's pretty small and dark.

Very casual..and great venue! No dress code..wear whatever you want. It's not that small..it gets cramped when it's a popular act though.

Get there early for the good seats!

Ok, I have to ask...who is your friend? I know a friend of mine's band is supposed to be playing there, too, in the near future...maybe even tonight...

I think I may be wrong...maybe it's the Elbow Room...my friend's band is called the Naked Gracie. Ever hear of them? Another great band that often plays NY (usually Le Bar Bat or Bitter End) is Sirsy . They are playing the Bitter End on Thursday 4/24...you should check them out!!
