daaaamn SNOW!!

i am off today and was supposed to go up to port chester to do christmas shopping w my SIL...(and of course i was also excited to see my neice)...

but w the 'blizzard' i was afraid i would be trapped up there and not able to come home tonight. and now it's all turning to slush and i think it would have been fine. so i stayed home and didn't get my christmas shopping done!!

booooooooooooooo!!

but on a happy note, i took my grandma to get her hair done b/c she is scared to drive in the snow, so that made me happy...and now i get to be on here and talk to you girls!!

I think it was snowing a lot more north of the city.
Isn't Port Chester up near Westchecter?

yeah actually port chester is in west chester. so maybe they have it worse and it really would have been a problem.

i guess it's better to be safe then stuck!!

its really not slush.... the roads were pretty slippery... its prob better that u stayed home

I agree it took me 40 minutes to get home from Bethpage. So many suvs stuck I saw a 3 car accident all suvs. We have a similar car, and I fish tailed alot today!! Stay in have some hot cocoa, If we lived within snow shoe distance I'd invite you over for some Tassimo CoCoa

I'm sorry you didn't get to see Shea. Don't feel bad about Christams Shopping. I have nothing done. Chanukah started soo early this year that was my focus, I havn't even started anything for Christmas ( I celebrate w/ my family)
