My dad isn't going to FH's bachelor party b/c its far away and he can't drive at night. So now he wants to give the best man some money to buy a round of drinks in his absence. Is that weird? I think its sweet, but also a little weird.

i think its weird for the brides father to go the bachelor party. but i think thats really nice of him to offer $ to buy a round. i think its a great idea

i don't know... i think thats really sweet of your dad.... its probably something he would do if he could go to the BP, but since he can't hes sending money to do it.... i think its really sweet and shows that your dad is accepts your FI
