Dad slipped about............

My shower while we were talking today he said well I'll be of of work that week before the shower So apparently it is in Feb and I am bummed cause I wanted it to be a suprise.

I'm sorry that he slipped! At least he didn't give you the exact date too, right?

aww im sorry..it does seem to be going around..like i said to the other girls it stinks but at least u can look extra cute and practice ur fake surprise face..im sorry hope u feel better

Everyone is slipping, I am glad mine isn't a surprise. I didn't want it to be anyhow, but I am glad I don't have to worry about people slipping up.

Lol my uncle always said the true surpise shower is not having one.
I think everyone really knows in the back of the mind when it will be. Maybe he is throwing you off?

Sorry to hear that. Meanwhile, I am pressing everyone for info. Mine has to be coming up! The funniest thing though, that I must share with you all, happened last night. FH and I went to his parents' house for dinner. FH's mom said to me, 'Hey, when is your shower? I lost the invitation.' I said, 'I don't think I am supposed to know. Maybe your son knows something.'

My mom told me what the date of my shower is (April 4th) because I'm trying to pick up extra work on the weekends, and she didn't want me to inadvertently say I could work on the day of my shower. That's the ONLY thing I know about my shower. . .nothing else. Surprised that NOBODY has spilled yet!

at least you will know that you need to look extra special on those possible weekends
