I am desperately trying to download and use a font from Dafont.com. I'm not having any luck!! IDK what i am doing wrong and i'm just about ready to go nuts!! Is anyone here that can help me?!? I've tried doing a search to see what others have done in the past but i'm having NO luck!! please help!!

you have to unzip it then go to your control panel then click file install font and then you have to install it!

when i went to the FONT folder, nothing new was listed!! thats where i am going wrong.............idk what i am doing!!

r u sure it's not there? when u open it open it in u'r font folder.. then go back into u'r font folder and look for it.. it shold be there.. in alphabetical order or the last one listed..

when you download it see if you can say open folder. That will give you where it is located. It usually downloads to my documents!

I had to play with my downloads from them as well. For whatever reason, I had to download the font file to the desktop, then copy it, then paste it in the font folder...then it worked...

I always save them to my docs (so I know where they are) then right click to explore and that will unzip it. Keep that window open and go to start-control panel-fonts. Once the fonts folder is open you need to drag the new font into the font folder, then you can use it. FM is you still have troble after trying this HTH
