Daily News down-the-aisle Question?

Did anyone receive an email from a columnist asking to feature your wedding in Daily News?

I just got one and wonder if it's bogus or what... and if it's real- do I pay for this? Do they come to the ENTIRE wedding?

Thanks girls

Well if it's real you shouldn't have to pay a reporter to do a story, right?
If it's a wedding announcement then they would charge...do they have a phone # listed? If so try looking it up on www.anywho.com, you can look up by phone #...HTH

YES I got that email too!!! I found it kind of strange as well.....I'm not sure if it's bogus or not, but I wasn't interested regardless. We have enough people and cameras as it is.

If you are interested, doesn't hurt to at least ask what it is, and if you have to pay. I wouldn't think something like that would involve staying the whole time....maybe just the ceremony?

I emailed Daily News about posting my wedding pic and details so I am not sure if you would get an email from them. My information was put in about one week from the time I contacted them. It is free to post it in the Daily News. The email address is ...

[email protected].

Hope that helps!
