a few weeks ago i messed up my bc pills and now i have breakthrough bleeding a week before my wedding. I hope it subsides by next week!

This may be an old wives tale, but excerise may make it go by quicker or even stop it. But don't hold me that.

I had the SAME thing and I never had this problem prior...go figure it was my luck. The day after my wedding it stopped!! I was ok the day of didn't even think of it!
