because FH does not feel right about paying in full the day of the wedding.
So I sent an em saying sorry that we need to cancel.
This is the response I get
Too bad, because I turn albums around faster than anyone else in the business. 1-2 weeks after you supply me with list of photos you get the design. 7-8 weeks after design is approved you get the albums. Most other places take 6 months to a year, and will require payment in full before albums are put into production.
I can't and will not change requiring payment in full, because it's more important that I spend all my time and energy delivering the best photos and service, and not wasting time and energy trying to get people to pay. You'd be surprised how many people wait 6 months or more to give me a list of photos for their albums that are already paid for.
So far all the companys we met with do not require full payment the day of the wedding.
