Dance

Anyone learn how to dance for they wedding day? If so tell me where to go please

We are, we just went to Remember When in St. James this past Saturday for our first lesson. It went really well and we are going to go once a week.

A couple of ladies on here recommended Remember When to me.

We went to Arthur Murray in Merrick. It was a little expensive, but worth it. We had a great time.

Remember When is great. FH and I have also been going once a week. We love it there. I definitely recommend them.

Hi Smiley, thanks for recommending Remember When. What day do you go?

We went this Saturday, and are going to go on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm once a week.

What's your song?

Peabody, we go on Wed. nights at 6:30. We are working with Joe. Our song is 'Me and You' by Kenny Chesney. I was glad to read that your lesson went well!! Who are you working with?

I think you told me your song when we FM'd each other, it sound familiar.

We are working with Kristin (I am pretty positive that is her name). She is so sweet and easy to work with. Phil and I feel very comfortable around her.

We both like what she has come up with for our song. It's Thank You by Dido, which I think is a challenging song to create a dance too.

Joe was with us in the beginning. He was working with me for a little while. I got the steps pretty quickly, so he practiced with me and Kristin practiced with Phil.

I can't wait to go back on Thursday.

I saw Kristin last week working with a couple who was getting married on Friday. They looked really good!! I'm sure she will do a great job for you!!

hey. we live in queens and we are going to Destination Dance Studios on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills. The woman we are working with is very nice and very patient. This is very importnat to us as we have four left feet between us. And, she is choreographing a dance to our song (once we figure out what that will be...)
