Dance Advice kinda long

Hi Ladies,

Ok so here is a minor dilemma that I would like your opinions on....

My parents 35th wedding anniversary is 6 days before my wedding. And New Years Eve will be my grandparents 59th wedding anniversary.

The dances at my wedding will be:
bride and groom first dance
bride and father
groom and mother

now I wanted to dedicate anniversary dance for my parents for their 35th...

also since we are not doing the garter/bouquet toss we wanted to do the anniversary dance using my grandparents wedding song as the song... and the winners (my grandparents) will win my bouquet and the garter wrapped around a wine bottle....

Is this too many dances to do??? Which should I cut out if any..

I dont think its too many. We just got back from a wedding where there were no less than 10 spotlight dances (bride and groom, bride and dad, groom and mom, groom and sister, bride and brother #1, bride and brother #2, etc etc). It sounds like a really nice idea.

We actually combined the parent dances- I danced with my dad and he danced with his mom at the same time to the same song...if you really feel its too many, maybe you could do something like that? It would eliminate one of the dances.

Maybe dont spotlight your parents....well have them start dancing alone...then invite everyone else up. You can do it right after your first dance with DH!

I like the idea above about starting your parents dance and then inviting everyone out. Also, at a wedding that I was just at, the bride/dad and groom/mom dance was all in one. I liked it, but it's not for everyone!
