my friend's sister owns Cathy's Dance Studio http://www.cathysdance.com/. I do not know whether they give classes in the types of dance you would want to learn for a wedding but they have always had a good number of adult classes in addition to the children's classes. They are in Astoria.
There is Kalis dance studio in Astoria, my friend is a dance teacher there.
