dance with mom

so i dont have a father and my mom will be walking me down the aisle. i am so excited, i dont care that is not the traditional way but am looking for suggestions for a song to dance with my mama. she hs been my mom, my dad and my inspiration my entire life. any suggestions??

I don't know what your ethnicity is, but if you're jewish (or even if you're not) you might like 'Sunrise Sunset' from the soundtrack of 'Fiddler on the Roof'. To me the words are so beautiful and touching. It makes my mom tear up everytime she hears it. Plus, I think it's the ideal song for a parent to their child on a wedding day, but I may be biased. Here are the lyrics:

There is a song that someone once recommended to me...it's not a mainstream song -

It's called To Be A Woman by Kimaya Seward- I'll have to find the link where I downloaded it - if you PM me I will send it to you - it was a little pricey for a single song - but the words are beautiful...

I'm going to dance with my mom as well as my dad - her and I have always had a special bond. We're dancing to 'I'll stand by you' by the pretenders. The words to the song are very beautiful and touching.
