dancejock

Has anyone met with dancejock yet? Our RH recommended them so we booked an apppointment. I wanted to know in advance what I should expect for prices for a DJ, maybe an MC and perhaps some cocktail hour jazz music. Thanks!

I met and booked them for my wedding in May, 2009. I felt they were reasonably priced and very professional. All of there M'C's were very entertaining also.

I am in the process of booking with them. We met with the owner Scott. We really liked him when we met with him. We've never heard him MC before but he did have videos on the website. Our RH recommended them as well. Not sure if I can answer any questions but feel free to shoot me an FM.

I actually met with them this past Saturday. I have to say I did not LOVE them and ended up going with DJs Unlimited.
DanceJock was really nice, they were very professional I just think it was because they didn't have the owner or another emcee meet with us it was more like a sales person. they were trying to sell us so much stuff we didn't want. An Andean Flute band? She just got finished telling us that the cocktail hour goes super fast and you barely remember it and people are just excited talking to each other but then tried to push a $1300 Andean pan flute group.

I don't want this to disuade you but I think you should ask to meet with Scott or someone that actually does the wedding instead of a sales person.

Their offices were definitely impressive though.
