Re: Dark Circles Under Eyes
I have horrible allergies and they cause dark circles sometimes. I use the ponds cucumber pads and also tea bags. Clinque makes a great eye gel called All About eyes that really helps the circles and also puffiness.

Re: Dark Circles Under Eyes
dark circles can be caused by several things: Allergies--because the small veins under the skin engorge from congestion in the sinus areas.
Lack of sleep--due to poor blood perfusion and swelling from eye strain.
Genetics---darker pigmentation under the eyes can be hereditary
Light toned skin pigment---fairer skinnedindividuals often have dark circles because the blood supply under the skin gives the skin a darker hue.
What to do: Drink plenty of water to keep skin healthy and full of nutrition. Eat right, get enough rest. Tea bags, cucumbers and those things can decrease any swelling under the eyes and make the circles less obvious.
For myself I have wicked dark circles--I have allergies, fair skin and lack of sleep. I use tea bags and cucumbers and night creams but in the end I really have to use a good concealer. I use theatrical eye concealer.

Re: Dark Circles Under Eyes
I get what they call 'allergic shiners' from bad allerigies. Concealer helps and also those facial masks that you can freeze and then place on your eyes--they reduce the swelling...

Re: Dark Circles Under Eyes
Also, Este Lauder has a product called 'Uncircle' - you put it on in the morning and at night!
But I have to agree .. a good concealer is one of your best weapons!
