Darn Dominos!!

FH both had crappy days at work so we decided we would not cook and just order a pizza. Last time they delievered to us in June they gave us a coupon for a free pizza as a welcome to the neighborhood type of thing. So I call up and place my order, the same pizza we get EVERY time we order from them. So we wait the 30 minutes for the pizza, I open it up all ready to eat cause we are HUNGRY and low and behold it is nothing like what we ordered. We ordered a deep dish with extra sauce and extra cheese. We got a deep dish with olives, peppers, onions, ham, sausage and meatballs. SO I call up to tell them, they insist that this is what I ordered after five minutes they finally say they will have a new one to me and to be prepared to return the one they already sent me. I am like fine I dont care I dont want to touch this one, I can't eat half of the stuff on here. He then tells me my new pizza will be here in 45-60 minutes I am soo mad that I am going to have to wait an hour and half for a pizza and they won't even rush it to my door. GRR

if theyre going to make you wait that long you should at least get to keep the pizza to eat.. what do they plan to do, give it to another customer or something??

I had a restaurant do that to me...and when I called and complained they said that they were too busy and couldn't fix it! last time I ordered fom them

NYPD pizza is good, but they dont deleiver to me.
