Date confusion

Hi girls...so I am having my ceremony on Friday night and my reception the next day (Saturday evening).

What date would I put on all of the items at the reception (channa plaque, favors, cocktail napkins, etc..) Do I put the wedding date or the reception date?

TIA

i think it's really a personal choice. people aren't going to care what it says on the napkins.

are all of your guests aware that the ceremony is the day before? if this is the case, then i would just keep your ceremony date on anything wedding related (except the reception card of course )

oh yes, its a indian wedding ceremony...all of the guests know that the reception is the next day. i think I would do the channa plaque with the ceremony date and the other misc items with the reception date.

I would use the ceremony date since that is the official date and the one you will celebrate every year.
