Date night suggestions!

Hi Ladies:

FH and I are having date night tonight and I am drawing a blank as to what to do.

I kinda want to go into Manhattan.

I looked into Comedy Clubs and didnt see any comedians that I was interested in seeing. (David Allan Grier is at Caroline's but they are all sold out).

Any suggestions?

I'm not really sure, lol! Something fun! FH and I have a little girl (she is two) and she is sleeping at Grandma's tonight so I am trying to put together something fun for us.

I am pretty easy going and open to any suggestions.

I was thinking dinner and then a bar afterwards?

Does anyone have any Staten Island restaurant suggestions? I was thinking Fushimi. I have never been there. I would like to get out the City since it is so close and we NEVER go but I could do Staten Island as well.

Well, my favorite bar in NYC is the Red Lion. Its an Irish Pub and they have live music everynight. Theres usually 3 bands a night- one acoustic from 7-10, and two cover bands after. The drinks are good and cheap and the bands are all great. Good for dancing, too. There is a $5 cover. It does get VERY crowded on weekends, if this is not a problem, I recommend them. They are in the W Village, on Bleecker St. There are also several restaurants in this area.
