we got our BM dresses from David's in Westbury. AWFUL customer service but the dresses were loved by all and so was the price. i've heard some terrible things about their alterations dept as well so i had my girls bring their dresses to an alterations place in franklin square.

Re: David's Bridal
I used the one in the Source Mall and I had absolutely NO problems. There are a bunch of girls who are adament (sp?) about NOT using them. I think it's basically to each his own. Don't expect one person to help you. It gets VERY busy in that place and the salespeople usually have 4 girls to tend to... or more. Many people refuse to use them for alterations, but I had not ONE single problem. Maria did a FABULOUS job with my dress and she fixed it a million times.
I had a VERY positive experience with them...so...I think it's really hit or miss.
HTH.

Re: David's Bridal
I was in a bridal party 2 years ago and we got our dresses from there. I don't remember having any problems. We all took our dresses elsewhere to get altered.
I have heard some bad stories about them though.

Re: David's Bridal
I used them and I am having the WORST TIME IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They dont have half the dresses in the store and the skirt I wanted they had NOTHING in the store of that color. you can only go by pictures. and they only had 2 sizes in the store and didnt measure any of my bridesmaids. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I would highly recommend not going to them and going to someone smaller who cares if you are happy because they sure dont! FM me if you want to hear more
