does anyone know their policy on exchanging bridal gowns? i got mine already but i was looking at the site and saw one that i may like better. i am afraid to try it on and love it more than the one i originally bought. so i was just wondering about their policy on that. thanks!

I know they have a strict no return policy...not sure if they do exchanges

I know with BM dresses you can exchange, but I am not sure for bridal gowns
ETA: I just checked there website and it says all sales are final. I would call and ask.

I have asked before, the bridal assistant said to ask the manager. it's great if you catch them when they are not busy. Ask the manager and I am sure she could switch the dress for you. She's done it for me.
