Mind you this is after they couldn't find me in the system, and put my MOH's bought dress on the sample rack for people to try on!

Davids Bridal calls me and says Brianna's dress is in so I asked about Isabella's and they said no so I called two days later and they said Isabellas was in and why would they tell you it wasnt? So Sat I went to go pick them up and they were like well idk who told you Isabella's was in but it's not freaking Mon night I get a vm from db and it was like Isabella's dress is in and you have 72 hours to pick it up

sounds like nobody communicates with eachother over there. so frustrating, sorry

I can't stand when DB does this! When I ordered my dress, they said it would be in in 15 weeks - it was in in 2 weeks. No one called me and I only called to check before I went on vacation last year, and they were like 'Oh yeah, your dress is here'. Completely nonchalant about the fact that no one informed me.

Then my girls MOH and BM dresses were to be in by mid-May. I happened to ask about them in passing and received a vm last week saying 'Oh yeah, they came in....and must be picked up in 2 weeks. Thanks.' So ridiculous. They also told one of my BMs that it she did not pick up her dress (in less time than 2 weeks mind you) that it would be put in storage as abandoned property.

Sorry you have to go through DB issues too!

similar thing happened to me yesterday...

got a call from a DB in NJ...saying my friends dress is in and they wanna ship it to her. I was like did u try calling her?????? i gave them her number and they were like o we have that num...OK SO CALL! I was like i saw her last week and she was just saying how she hasnt gotten any calls that her dress was in.

It was so weird. Then my friend called me later and said apparently the store she ordered it from had a flood and had to close...so this other store is shipping her dress to her for free.

i am so sorry! i bought my dress from DB (but in Queens) and both of my FG dresses and my grandmother even bought her dress rom there. They have awesome customer service in this store and i have never had a problem

I would lose it on them.

So frustrating!

I vowed never to use them after a fiasco with my friend's BM dresses....she chose them in November for a May wedding and they didn't tell her that they were being discontinued! So when we went in to order in December, 2 girls ordered, then they told the rest of us that they didn't have our sizes left because it was a discontinued dress!



Each of us had to lose about 15 pounds to get into a smaller dress because they only ones they had left were like 2 sizes too big

That is horrible, I hope I don't have too much problems with them. I ordered my flower girls dress early last month and I hope it comes in soon. they said end of May but I really hope not. I think I will give them a call just to see since alot of you girls seem to not have gotten a call.
