I've had two dresses altered at Massapequa and had good experiences I will also have my wedding dress altered there!

I went to the one in Massapequa - everyone was really nice and my dress turned out great.

I went to the one in westbury. They did a great job, they also altered my sister's and my moms dresses and they came out gorgeous as well.

my sister had a dress altered in Westubry and was not very happy with them overall. they ordered the dress too big and in turn the altering was butchered. Not sure who's fault it was but I know that I have to buy a dress there for my brother's wedding and I plan on taking it elsewhere to be altered.

I personally have had bad expereinces at the Mass. one! Their customer service was terrible!!
