I was told it varies and there is no cap. If you ordered your gown there the BMs should get a discount...

I paid almost 200. I had a 14 loop bustle and I also had it taken in 2 inches.

yeah I was told there was no max, no min. and to just go two months before the wedding for them.

Don't do it! Go to a regular seamstress. It doesn't matter if they give YOU money. I've only heard bad things about them and I've experienced them myself when my sister got married.

I've already made my appointment for my dress & was told they can't give me pricing bc its different for everyone depending what needs to be done. my FSIL told me she knows a great seamstress that she uses for EVERYTHING & told me she could give me amazing pricing.. so i may have 2nd thoughts now.. just davids bridal had me nervous telling me noone knows there dresses & may mess it up blah blah blah trying to suck me in..

I had my dress, my moms, and my sisters altered at the Davids Bridal in Massapequa. They were amazing. My stress was under 100 to alter just needed a bustle. Going there again for my sister's wedding and my brothers wedding

Avoid them! I paid over $300 in alterations! ( I stopped keeping track) And they did a crappy job!

I had cups put in, length shortened, bustle and taken in on the hips. Like everyone says there is no cap and I couldnt maintain weight before the wedding..so I kept having to go back and pay to have the dress taken in more.

I keep hearing so many different things about them. So far, I have only had good experiences with the one in Massapequa and that's where I'm going for my first fitting January 29th. Hopefully they don't turn into big meanies.
