DAVIDS BRIDAL BASH

So we ordered all my girls dresses through them and the Customer Service ******! BUT THAT'S NOT IT

My Sister as most of you know was Pregnant so we had to reorder another dress for her. So we went Sunday and dropped off the dress we were returning and reordered the new one. First of all they told her no one by my name was even in the System! After an HOUR of that they finally found me! Well Mon (the next day) we found out she lost the baby
So I called DB and told Tues and told them what had happened and that we needed the original dress back. They told me no problem they will hold it. SO last night my Mom went to go pick it up and they had her dress out FOR PEOPLE TO TRY ON! Like the Mad face does not do justice I am so mad I am calling them today and bugging out! HOW DO YOU PUT A BOUGHT DRESS ON THE RACK FOR PEOPLE TO TRY ON!

Sorry to hear that... I had no issues with DB in the city. Maybe you can go to another DB and deal with someone else.

But sorry to hear about your sister's loss as well.

I am so sorry to hear about your sister's loss. And I'm sorry you have to go thru this. I've heard pretty bad things about DB. My fmil yelled at me for even going there! lol my fsil went thru hell. They ripped her dress apart because they ordered a size that was way too big! it was just a whole big mess. anyway, My prayers are with you and your sister and family. Just breathe, it will all work out in the end!
