I hadn't really thought about going there but I found some dresses that I absolutely loved. The price is right for my girls too. Has anybody used them?

Re: David's Bridal for Bridesmaids
I used them. Make sure the bridemaids are with you when you pick them up. Two of the girls dresses were too small and needed to be ordered a larger size.
Many of the girls went elsewhere for fittings, but some did get them done there.

Re: David's Bridal for Bridesmaids
My sister (MOH) got her dress there. No problems. She only needed a hem..so she took it to the local cleaners instead of using them for alterations. We got ours in NJ...I live here...and no tax!

Re: David's Bridal for Bridesmaids
I got my gown, veil, bridesmaids, jr. bridesmaids and flower girl dresses at David's in Carle Place.
I've had a great experience so far!
The selection and prices can't be beat!

Re: David's Bridal for Bridesmaids
I just got my BM's dress for my brother's wedding there....here's my long story.
I went to Carle Place alone to try the dress on (FSIL lives upstate) and the place was a mob scene, no saleswomen to help. I had to ask the girl in the room next to me to zip me up. Then I waited an obscene amount of time waiting for someone to become available to answer one question. I ordered my dress over the phone through the Syracuse store (FSIL wanted us to order from the same David's), again had to wait forever on hold. A few weeks later they had no record of my order and when FSIL told them that I ordered they called me a liar So I finally have the friggin dress and I called Carle Place to make an appointment for alterations and the woman was VERY nice, so they may redeem themselves in the coming weeks.
