I've seen some really pretty dresses on their website. How is David's bridal to work with? I would love to be able to not spend 5000 on a dress and spend it somewhere else.

The only negative thing I've heard about David's Bridal is that although the dresses are on the cheaper side, their alterations are ridiculously priced. My friend got her BM and MOH dresses from there and took them to someone she knew to gdo alterations b/c the alteration proces at David's was just outrageous

I'm not sure how I feel about Davids Bridal... I feel like its like going to old navy instead of Banana Republic...I know that sound snobby but...I am right? Dont get me wrong I love Old navy just spent $100 buck there last night hahaha

I dunno if I would get my gown there, but I would def look there for BM dresses... I am looking to save them as much $$$ as possible!!! I look at it this way... its not their fault that they got picked to be in a wedding so why make them pay a high price for it?!!?

If I find a gown I like and its too pricey, I will soo seriously go on ebay .. see if they have the dress (new of course) for a cheaper price and have it altered by this place across the st from me... I would have no prob shopping at davids bridal if I actually liked their gowns

I like some dresses from there, just looking online but is it true they ship it in 6 weeks and you have to figure out what you are going to do with the dress for the rest of the time? A girl I know told me they told her sister keep it in your closet and cleani t before your wedding.
