Sorry had to vent...I am on the phone with them right now...on hold for the second set of 10 minutes waiting for a manager, because the sales associate hung up on me........obviously noone wants to talk to me. They are absolutely horrible with customer service

Carle Place.....of course. I ordered my dresses at Davids out of state because the service is so terrible there.

I'm sorry to hear that! I've only heard bad things about that location. I got my dress from the Brooklyn Location and had great experiences so far!

Watch out for the one in brooklyn. They do horrible alterations there! I got a BM dress for a wedding that I was in last year and they screwed up everyones alterations. My dress looked horrible. Just make sure that you check the alterations and try on the dress when you pick up!

Okay, what is this about a 'lock out'???? I was thinking of ordering the MOH dress and BM dresses there and having the alterations done elsewhere. Is there anything else I need to know , is it just the alteration problem???

I don't think we have to watch out for negative posts at all. I think the previous post was getting way off topic anyway and become about a LIWedding employee accidently deleting some posts. JMO

the lockout has nothing to do with davids bridal.. it was regarding a negative post regarding a vendor, and to make a long story short liweddings locked out the post so you could no longer post on it.

i got my dress at davids bridal on northern blvd in queens and they have been very sweet.
