My BM need a dress for a black tie event in London next week. She's on a budget, so that Nicole Miller at Nordstroms isn't an option. I was wondering if David's Bridal sells BM dresses off the rack? Could she pick something out and take it home the same day? I figured they'd have something pretty and formal for under $150.
