After work my sister and I decided to take a trip to Davids Bridal. I tried on some gowns and everything looked a MESS!! I'm really feeling discouraged as I come nearer to REALLY having to shop for gowns. Also I had decided on my colors but once I really got a look at them I'm SO confused. Aghhhhhhhhhhh!!! Okay..breathe...I'm going to lay off the wedding thinking for a day or two and come back with a clear mind. Sorry for venting...

go to a bridal salon for your dress not Davids bridal. They are more helpful at a salon. I went to Lillettes in Bellmore on Sunday and worked with Carole she was amazing and I found my dress on my first trip good luck HTH

i went to Davids Bridal like 4 times trying to find my dress.. i went to paradise bridal and the very first one i tried on was the one!!!

I went to DB on Sunday- I know I am not getting my dress from them but I wanted to see the style of dress I like would look nice on my body frame. They only had like 3 dress strapless with pick up that weren't tafeffa. It was my first time and i got compliertary facials for me and my bridal party so I am not hating
Keep looking go to a salon and bring picture of the style of dress you like- they will bring you all the dress they have in what you want so you have huge variety to try on

did you need an appointment for DB? Dont be discouraged. I am agreeing with everyone here - go to a salon. They give you more attention there and are more attentive.
I think I am going to go to DB just to get an idea of what dresses look good on me.

You have to be register with them online and yes you have to make an appointment- i went on sunday morning at 11am first appt and they were booked
