When someon eis not happy with their wedding day photos.. they get dressed up againa nd go back out with a differnt photographer and take pics

i've heard of that and i think maybe its more relaxing because the wedding pressure is over...could be beneficial

actually photographers are now including it in their package, you can choose an engagement party shoot or day after shoot if you want.

LOL its NOT the actual day after your wedding, like i said above, it can be weeks, months or up to a year after your wedding...Nobody actually does it the day after their wedding.

People do it if they arent happy with their pics, if its rained the day of and wanted sunny pics....really you can do them for no reason.
