Day OF Coordinator

i have met & talked with 3 - here are details:

The Kairos Moment -
Bernadette - 718.878.2046
Very Very knowledgeable & great 'will get it done' attidute - but was too expensive for me abt $1500 for the day for herself & 1 asst.
She will work with you on the price.

Tracey - 917-971-7828
we spoke for along time - Lovely personality. her price was abt the same as Judith. Since i booked Judith I thanked her for talking to me
but would reeommened her

Very warm & caring spirit. Did Nsgrhams wedding & came high recommened. I liked her the most PLUS she was $300 for the day

I think I might start considering a coordinator. How long in advance to you have to hire one?

I am using judith & she is getting calls for 06

yes. but most of my stuff is done. i have excel sheets with co-ordinated guest names & seating, Bridal Party newsletter & that is jus the start

So she just has to execute the timeline & oversee the day

Is she charging you $300 because most of the work is done, or is that her usual fee regardless of the work entailed?

this is abt her fee - so there are other things she can do on the day in my case.

if judith is not available for yr day i highly recommend Tracey & Bernadette
