Day-of-Coordinator

Day-of-Coordinator

FH and I have been talking about Day of responsibilities...we don't want our families to be bothered. Is anyone planning on using a Day-of-Coordinator? Do you have any suggestions?

Gina from Bleu Diamond Events has been great for us so far. She is an LIW vendor.

We used Francesca from Dazzling Affairs. She was ridiculously helpful.

We are using Ryan from Above & Beyond -- a friend recommended her and when I went with my MOH to meet with her, I absolutely loved her! She's available any time I have a quick question or any sort of mini-panic attack, and I totally trust her completely with making our day run as smoothly as it possibly can!

If you want any more info, let me know! It was the best decision I've made so far (following the initial 'yes' of course).

As a past June 08 bride, I would highly recommend to have one if you have a big wedding for 100+. I had 70+guests for my wedding and it got really difficult to side track and organize everything from the decor to vendors. It's def a huge help to have someone there to organize the little details for your ceremony/reception. My main prob was tipping the vendors (envelopes were passed from MOH to family members), locating the vendors, and missing items for the ceremony/reception. It got very disorganized and hectic during the wedding day esp if you're depending on the bridal party.

We used Tara from EAP

she was awesome great help in finding thing during the planning and the day of was out of this world and everything went like clock work was there from first thing in the am utill the last guest left the RH!!!!!!!!

I agree with a couple of the other girls, Gina from Bleu Diamond! I have called her numerous times since I have booked her panicking about things, she has always made me feel better and been available to help. She even went out of her way to help me find a new RH when I cancelled my first. Shes great!
