day of coordinators

I didn't even know these existed until this board. Who is having them and why or who isn't and why? And, if you are, do you have recommendations? TIA

I am thinking about it. I probably won't know if we are doing it until we get closer to the event so that way I can determine what my budget is. If I have an extra $1,000 which is a ballpark of what they cost, I will absolutely have one.

I have read so many reviews that discuss how helpful they are. I am going to start doing some research now just in case.

I'm not. I have enough confidence in all of my vendors that I dont think it will be necessary.

I am thinking about it, but like others said, I will wait till the date gets closer and see what our budget is. For me, it would be for piece of mind-because if a vendor screwed something up majorly I would like to avoid becoming a bridezilla, and I think having a DOC would help with that.
