I feel like I'm running behind on wedding planning and we have alot of events coming up the next few months which will only make it harder for me to get all the plans finalized..I am considering a DOC, but don't want to feel that I was not fully involved in the planning process by leaving it up to someone else...I just wanted to see who is using one and exactly what it is they do for you?..TIA

Re: Day of Coordinators?
I think you mean a wedding planner. DOC is for the day-of only (they make sure vendors are on time and there are no glitches)

Re: Day of Coordinators?
The DOC is only for the day of the wedding. Although the one i hired has helped me through the entire process. I can call her or email her anytime. the only thing she doesnt do is go to appointments with me. She also confirms all vendors time of arrival and contract price the week of the wedding. She also coordinates the rehersal and is there for me the entire day of the wedding until we pull off from the RH at the end of the night.
