When would you give your bridesmaids their day of jewelry? I was always planning on giving it to them with their gifts at the rehearsal dinner. But after having a discussion last night, it was decided it should be given to them prior so they don't go out and buy their own jewelry.
What is everyone else doing?

I did the rehearsal dinner. I think its common for the doj to be given then so people don't usually buy their own.

I don't think you need to give it to them before the rehearsal but I do suggest that you let them know that you will be purchasing jewelry. You can keep the design/style a secret so there can be some surprise.
