We are planning to do our pictures before the ceremony, and I need some suggestions on where to do them. We will take some at Lombardi's, but I thought it might be nice to take some at another picturesque place also. I've nixed beach pictures because since it will be Labor Day, I am thinking the beach might be a bit too crowded for that.
Thanks for any help you ladies can give me!

Maybe the arboretum... we did that for my aunts pictures when she got married but I know there is a fee now.

If you're talking about the arboretum in Great River, it is a $300 permit fee for use of the site.. it is beautiful! We just took our engagement pictures there!

I think we want to stay closer to Lombardi's, I'm not sure how much time I will have to get to another location, so I really need north shore places to go.

There's always port Jeff village.. There's the water, the cute town with old shoppes.. But it may be crowded Labor Day weekend. Ask your photographer. I'm sure they'll have some suggestions.

Maybe Heritage Park in Mt. Sinai? Or even if you went to Cedar Beach and went all the way to the end you may get some no so crowded areas.
