So I was watching one of the other LIW Brides wedding videos that she posted from Penny Lane and was wondering.....
How does the Bridal party know what to do when we the(Bride & Groom) walk in?? Like i know some make an arch way with there GM and Flowers, others do nothing. Whats the typical????

I've never been in a BP (expect as a FG) so I'd love to see some answers!!
I'm sure its discussed prior...like at the rehersal.

Usually the photographer tells you what to do,
I know for all the weddings that I have been in the photographer and the person who is helping out at the wedding (I can't think of the name of the person) but you know that one that helps you when you get to the RH all direct you around and tell you what to do so that you have an understanding, just for like the walk ins BUT you decide how you want it to be, just give notice to the photographer and that person who is helping you with your day!

the weddings i have been in it was actually the DJ that told us what to do since he organizes the entrance.

The Matre'd tells you before you go in for the grand entrance while your waiting outside.
The Matre'd tells the DJ, photographer, and videographer what to do in regards to the order of events and everything.

That's how it's been in all the weddings I've been in - the Matre'd tell the BP what to do before they enter.

In all the weddings that I have been in, the maitre'd or an employee of the hall tells everyone what to do!

this is how it worked for the wedding i was in a few weeks ago.
