Day of Shoes

Day of Shoes

So... I read some magazine (don't remember which one) that suggested getting ballroom shoes. That way your feet won't be hurting all night and they are still fairly fashionable.... is anyone doing this or has anyone done this?

YES!!! Thats what I'm doing! I just went to pick them up this past weekend and they were so comfy! Mine will be a lower heel. Unfortunately I couldn't take them because they weren't pure white they were more of an off white. The owner is writing the company to see what they can do, and she also said that she may discontinue ordering them for weddings. I'll keep you posted.

I am beyond frustrated with my shoe search, so I'm going to look into this as another avenue! Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

Absolutely!!! It just sucks that I hadn't though of this sooner. The night my FH proposed we were in the city & he planned on doing it there, but because my shoes ****** and I had blisters and bruises all over my feet we had to go home... the poor boy was walking around NYC with this ring in his pocket all night freaking out that he was going to lose it!

Ooo, I kinda those and it looks like they may even work on my feet since the front is adjustable. Where did you find them?

Re: Day of Shoes

thats a great idea...thanks for mentioning it!
I just ordered 3 pairs of shoes...one i did not like, one i loved. Then the third arrived a day later, i didnt love the look of the shoe but i put it on and it was sooo comfie. i didnt think the second pair was uncomfortable but compared to that pair they were. so i returned the ones i loved and kept the comfie ones and was going to give up my search. but now i have more options
thanks

Before going there, call and see if the owner is working. She sat with me for 30 min and gave me her undivded attention. All that was missing a glass of champagne. LOL She is a competitive ball room dancer and wears them all the time, so she knows her sh*t.
