I am trying to figure out how long we'd need the photographer for. if we have a 7:30 ceremony but probably need to get there at like 6? or earlier? if we want to take pictures there before guests show up. and before that we want to take pictures at old westbury gardens which is 90 minutes long. when should the photographer come? 3?
does the photographer stay until the very end? which would be 1 am.

I would say that with a 730 ceremony, you would arrive around 645 (assuming you're having a run through)
What time are hair and make up coming? How much travel time do you need? Are you having getting ready photos?
For example, our wedding starts at 6:00..
Our photographer is coming at 5:00, ceremony at 6, reception 630-930; but the photographer is leaving at 9

My photographer is coming to my house at 3:00 to start taking pictures. Then he is going over to the hotel to take pictures of fh and his family. My ceremony starts at 6:00. All locations are within 20/30 minutes of each other. Hope this helps!
