I am starting to plot out my timeline for the day of the wedding... my ceremony starts at 2:45pm and will only be about 15 from my location. The issue I am having is that my hair stylist will not be able to come to me, I will have to travel to her salon which is about a half hour away. She opens the salon at 8am. Figuring it takes two hours to do the hair and a half hour to drive back, I should be back at the hotel by 11am the latest. Which leaves 3 hours to get makeup done, get dressed, take a few photos and head out to the church. Does this sound reasonable or am I cutting it a little too close?
Further note, my hair will be up for the wedding so i don't have to worry about it falling flat. The stylist offered to open the salon at 7am if I need it...

Day of Timeline!
Go in at 7!!! Three hours is great but if you can have four it's better, you want to spend you last minute relaxed and not forget anything. I've been in too many weddings where the bride has just enough time and ends up rushing out of the house/hotels. If you're early, at least you can eat something before the craziness. Chat with your girls, it can't hurt.

I would talk to your hair stylist and see if there is anything she can do to help you out like opening a bit early. Explain to her how you would like a little extra cushion time. We are working on our timeline as well. We are fortunate enough to have the hair stylist coming to us. Remember, you are paying her so she should do anything she can to accommodate you, even if it is opening one hour earlier. You don't want to feel rushed on your wedding day. There will be enough pressure, adrenaline, and excitement as it is.

Day of Timeline!
The makeup artist has agreed to meet me at the salon (she lives close by) in order to do my makeup. So here is my timeline:
7am arrive at salon 9am Hair is completed 10am Makeup is completed 10:30am-11am Return home
Do you think that getting my makeup done so early would be a problem? I am getting airbrushing done which I have been told will last longer that traditional. If I get it done at 10am it will have to last until 11:30pm (end of reception).
