I bought a pair of shaping undies from VS because I always feel like it gets 'stuffy down there' with Boy shorts. Now I am wondering if I am going to get wedgies. What are you wearing.

i got lacy hipster/boyshorts, my cheeks hang out but FH loves that style on me, so i got them and took them to embroidme to have mrs. m put on the a s s i got these but in white

well i was going to wear spanx, but i figured it would be too much of a pain to 'tinkle' and all that good stuff, so i found this tummy slimmer at jcpenny's and I LOVE IT! it was only $22 and it works amazingly...and it's comfy! so now i have the tummy in check and i can still wear my cute undies!!! here's a pic...it's the Flexees Instant Slimmer® Long Torso

That's a great idea! I just bought a pair of Spanx yesterday and I was thinking that they would be a pain to go to the bathroom in!!

i'm actuallt SWITCHING my underwear at the reception.
i have cute little boy shorts with my new last name printed on them but i too am afraid of wedgies and also i'm going to be dancing and sweating....i dont think FH is going to want to see those undies by the endof the night.
so i'll be wearing a thong for the day and right before i leave my mom is going to help me change underwear to the cute ones for FH to see!!

Does anyone else notice SPANX roll down? I have the ones that are really high underware and they should clip around your bra, but im not wearing a bra on my wedding day so there is nothing to clip onto and they roll down... its so uncomfortable i might forget the spanx.
Also my fear is you will be able to see the blue undies through the white dress?

There were from VS. I decided on them last minute, but I am very glad that I did. I am not a boy shorts/hipsters type of girl...all thong/g string, but these were really comfortable for the day of.
Also my fear is you will be able to see the blue undies through the white dress?
no way! think of how many layers you have! even with a tight mermaid style, you should be fine. mine are light blue boyshorts, with 'Mrs Booth' on the butt, from customizedgirl.com. I am worried about them being comfy, I don't wear boyshorts often. I should wear them around the house to make sure.

I wore a cute bridal thong from VS - it was very comfortable!
