Someone at work just hired a wedding coordinator for the day of her wedding - for $1000 she will coordinate everything and make sure things are running smoothly and confirm all contracts and appts with vendors up to two months before.
Unfotunately, this woman is in Oregon. Does anyone know where I can hire a service like this?

I have seen girls on the Knot rave about someone but I can't think of her name. I'll see if i can find it
See my review on the review board for more info. I would not have enjoyed my wedding as much as I did without her help!
that's the one i read about - more than once - on the Knot. whew, i was about to give up, i couldn't find her name!

Her name is Judith Garner and shes $150 for the day of and handles all the contracts and confirmations before that. She checks in with me every 2 weeks... once the wedding gets closer it will be every week.
