I think you drop this off at your final meeting with your RH a week before the wedding.
I would think the week of or the week before the wedding.....not sure. It may depend on the RH

my best friend got married on saturday this past march and I went with her on that thursday to drop the stuff off she said she felt if you give it to the hall a week sometimes things get misplaced so she did it a few days before and they set up everything that day
Yes a couple of days to a week before when you make your final payment is when you drop off everything...My friend drop her stuff off last Thursday and she is gettin married this sunday...HOW EXCITING!
Thanks Girls. I agree I wouldn't want to bring it too far in advance in case things get misplaced.
IM GOING TO DROP IT OFF LIKE 2 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I DONT WANT MY STUFF HANGING OUT FOR TO LONG THAT MAKES IT EASIER TO MISPLACE.
I don't know if this helps but my florist (in NJ) said she would do a walk through of my hall with me so she knows exactly what I want and I could give her everything that needs to be at the hall and she would set it up for me.

i'm not sure since my wedding is on a sunday... i'll probably drop it off that thursday or friday.. i have to ask my rh
My hall said to bring the placecards and favors, all the 'supplies' about a week before. I would guess that can include your flutes, cake server and cake topper . . . .
