Day of Wedding Transportation

Has anyone made wedding day transportation arrangements yet? We are considering buses to shuttle guests to and from the venue. Does anyone have any suggestions for vendors that have been good to work with? I reached out to a couple of companies so far but it seems expensive and silly to me that the buses would just sit around for hours and we would be paying them for it. Is there any way around this or to find something more reasonable? Open to all suggestions.

I have a ton of out of town guests, so I am thinking about getting 2 coach buses. The cheapest pricing I have found (with a recommendation from my sister) has been McCarney Tours. Although I haven't officially booked with them yet, that is my plan! Hope that helps!!

We booked with Camelot. We have two shuttles that are taking guests from the hotel to the venue and from the venue to the hotel at the end of the night. Our shuttles are running for 2 hours each way. I would definitely call them, Joe will work with your budget if he can.

We had to do buses since the shuttles wouldn't hold enough people for how many we're having, Tran-star Exec gave me the best price. Just pick up and drop off from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night.

I have many many OOT guests. I booked with Tran Star Exec for a shuttle bus for my guests and a limobus for the bridal party. Their price was by far the best price I was quoted and the buses were in phenomenal condition.

We have solo many oot guests staying at the hotel so we gt a coach bus from trans ex they had best prices and newer buses.

Camelot was so rude to me! I called them and emailed them a number of times and they never got back to me. So I didn't book with then because if they were doing that before they got my money, I didn't want to see what would happen after.

Just sealed the deal with Camelot yesterday. Got a great deal. My dad and I will be riding in their 1966 Rolls Royce to the church! Then on to the party bus to the reception.
