I am having a 1 PM church ceremony and a 6:00 PM reception. We got a nice gap in between.....was hoping that wouldn't happen but sorta the way things worked out for us!

Re: Day or Evening?
Church is at 3:00 PM and cocktail hour starts at 6:30 PM.
The 7:00 invite/hospitality is to prevent people from getting there late. The caterer has already been instructed that once the ceremony begins, NO ONE is to be allowed entrance into the temple sanctuary. I don't care if is a cousin or FH's sister. If you are late, you will have to wait. My brother had a wedding that people showed up late to. They were walking in as he was walking down the aisle - that WILL NOT HAPPEN!
My church is at 3:00pm and the reception is from 7:00pm - 12:00am.. I can not wait
