So as part of my BM thank you gifts I wanted to do like a all day spa type of thing before the wedding..like treat them to a choice of massage/facial and pedicure or something..does anyone recommend any day spas that are decently priced?

East Wind Spa (Wading River -- it's far out east) has reasonably priced services and they have packages and things... like you can make a day out of it with lunch in the dining room, order wine and stuff while you wait... as far as their services, I wasn't super impressed with their facial (I've had better).

Bodywise and Soul Skincare operate out of the same store in Port Jeff and they're incredible. Everything they use is organic. They don't do nails, though. Only facials, massages, reflexology, body treatments, that sorta thing.

I've never been there, but what about Red Door? My FSIL goes to the one in Woodbury and likes it.

http://www.nyspacastle.com/eng/main/main.php (College Point) - depending on when you go this place will be extremey busy especially the weekends

I love Frasada in Oceanside. I got my mom a massage there for her birthday and she loved it!
