Day two of feeling sick now its day three

Sorry if this is TMI, but ever since yesterday I've been feeling nauseus and dizzy. I was on the bus yesterday and I thought I was going to be sick, I wasn't sure if maybe it was motion sickness was making it worse.
When I got home I felt a lot better was even able to eat dinner. Now today I'm at work and I'm having the same feeling again. I'm sipping some diet coke hoping it will help. I can't go home, because I have class tonight and can't afford to miss anymore since I've missed three already once when I was with FH the day of his surgery and then missed twice last week because his grandfather passed away and I went to the wake and funeral.

I don't think its a virus, at least I hope not, I'm thinking maybe its the heat and the fact that our AC at work is barely working.

Please send some healthy vibes my way.

ETA: Maybe its stress related, I have been under a lot of stress.

yikes, feel better hun! Diet Coke is definitely the way to go though....the syrup and carbonation always help. Try to sneak in some water in there too though, you need to stay hydrated!

yeah I've beeen drinking water, thats all I really drink. I'm not much of a soda person unless I'm out to dinner then I'll sometimes have a gingerale or a shirley temple.

This feeling is just horrible. Makes me just want to crawl into bed.

aww..that feeling definately is the worst. Hope you feel better soon! I'm thinking since you were able to eat dinner last night and felt ok up until now means it's not a virus, but I dont' know. The heat and no a/c could be making me you feel that way though. Hope you feel better!!

Yeah, I can't type...should be saying 'could be making you feel that way though'....i think the heat is getting to me too..haha

Feel better sweetie!! It's probably just the heat. This is the hottest it's been in nearly a year so you just need to adjust. Keep drinking the DC or even some ginger ale. You might also grab some saltines to snack on.

thanks. yeah I was hoping to get some saltine crackers but they didnt have any downstairs in the cafeteria or the campus store. sigh. As long as this passes before class tonight I have an exam

Thanks Nina. I wanted gingerale unfortunately they didnt have any downstairs, so i grabbed the diet coke.

Dumb question but have you recently started on or changed your birth control pills? My friend had similar effects from too strong a pill.

Nope, not on any form of bc, never have been.
