I don't know if I want to trust these people to correctly alter my dress, I'm so torn. Any feedback on this location?
I didn't care for lake grove massapequa's staff was so much better. Alterations stink there as well they pretty much destroyed my cousins bm dresses for their brother's wedding.
I just went last nigh after they altered my dress and I won't lie I aLmost cried when I put it on.....I showed the woman my issues and she tries to tell me it came from the factory like that....I got a little loud and said oh no it did not!! Th man hat did my hem did it just tha way and gave me horrible out of place pick ups...she got a seam ripper and fixed it an now it looks gorgeous...obit I didn't need ht added stress
went there for my friends BM dress... my entire overall experience there was not that great honestly. . alterations came out ok I guess... but that was only a BM dress though... IDK about takign a wedding dress to that location
My dress was hemmed there, it came out perfect.
